I had a battery replaced on an older dell laptop. Done in minutes and it runs great!

The agent upgraded my PC with a new NVME SSD in a very professional and expedient space of time. I have plans for more upgrades and would not hesitate to use them again.

Have been having trouble turning on my computer now for a few weeks and everywhere i called wasn't able to help. After one call to best buy then made an appointment for me and it was fixed it no time. Such a huge help and now i have my computer back.

Hard drive works great and more than doubled my space. Geek Squad did a great job even though they were short handed and swamped due to COVID-19.

Geek squad has always been a giant help with the computers in my house, we have three desktops, three laptops and two chromebooks and would never hesitate to go to them for any of my devices

I had a great experience getting my computer parts replaced by GeekSquad. They were very helpful, cooperative and knowledgeable. They did the job very quickly. I was surprised. I thought they were pricey though. So if they lower the price on service, then it's a win-win.

The agent at the Help Desk installed a new battery in my Laptop. He was excellent.

The memory install took time to find the proper memory stick, but they special ordered it and got the job done and they took the time to special order it and insured it was working properly. Even though it took time to track down the part they were happy to spend the extra time needed.

Old PS went out and I didn't have the time to do it myself. They did a fine job.

Though the service was thorough and got my computer fixed, they had me waiting long enough that when I did get it back, they were already closing up for the day. Best Buy, I mean. I hope to not have any further problems in the near future but if I do and it's severe enough, I'll go back to Geek Squad for help.
