I needed to add a second monitor to my HP computer. The Geek Squad looked up what type of add on card was compatible and installed it within an hour.

The tech installed my new power supply and then checked the computer over and kept checking for about 1/2 hour before releasing the computer t me. I was very pleased with the promptness and how thorough they were.
