i took my pegasus external drive to repair because it was acting up and the guy made me sign a paper that is they mess up they not responsible. well they messed up and they would not take responsibility and i had to pay 250$ extra to send it into their repair center and extract all muy data from the drive. They wanted $500 at first and when I heard the number i got really mad when it was their mess up.

Friendly people. They installed a new battery in my laptop. Service was a good. However, don't try calling... they took a long time to answer. In person is much better although you do have to wait in line.

The Geek squad agent was great. She fix one small issue I had and recommend another problem that was a easy fix and took very little time to do the fix.

Took the Geeks 2 hours to install a new PSU on my computer where it would have taken me most of the day. Can’t complain for $40 when other places wanted double that.

After calling for an appointment, I was greeted by a geek squad member. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the power supply, ran some tests and quickly sent me home.

After getting home I found that the installed unit did not function properly so I called the Online Geek Squad and he took control of my computer and made several adjustments and now it works wonderfully
