I generally recommend these guys when there’s an issue, but some are very young and lack social graces. Besides that, they’ve always provided good service.

I was suprised that the geek squad fellow was able to diagnose and replace a bad component of my computer in less than an hour. It's an old computer but he didn't try to scare me into an updated one.

They got us right in. Recommended the best hard drive for us since we had chosen the wrong one. Service was done ahead of schedule. Works great. Staff was super nice and smart.

Geek Squad service was fast and efficient. I have used this service in the past and found it similarly efficient and cost effective. I will gladly continue using Geek Squad services in the future.

It was a TOUGH installation for a video card, due to the build of my PC, but they got it done! Also, for less than half of what the PC shops were quoting in my area.

Only reason not five stars is even though I was there in person with only one person ahead of me they made me get an appointment for 2 hours later but once my turn great job!

I brought in my old iMac to have the hard drive removed because it was bad. Geek squad had it out and I was more than satisfied. Two days to do the job very fast.

The salesperson who took the checklist of the items I needed repaired on all 3 devices. He was thorough, explained the terminology as I described the issues and he was very efficient checking my devices in.

Install was done on time at a good price. Staff is communicative -they sit down with you to know what you want and will contact you if any questions or uncertainty arises.
