When my computer was having problems I brought it to the Geek Squad. Not only did they promptly identify the problem and come up with the solution but they were really nice and patient with a low tech IQ like me. Thanks.

Geek Squad could not fix the problem my tablet was having after trying several things. They advised me to go online and buy a battery (19.00) and then bring it back and they would install the battery for $42.00. Great service!!!

Bought service with new PC I bought last fall, but was able to use this service as well on my laptop to get SSD drive installed to replace slower traditional hard drive, it was well worth the money

agents changed my 500g for 1 tb ssd. could not clone disc, i lost expensive adobe program.

This is a better choice for me when dealing with a laptop as I am not as comforatable in doing upgrades as I am on a PC.

My computer crashed unexpectedly, and I thought it was a bad power supply. The tech guys at Best Buy installed a new one and called me to let me know the unit was still not operational. They even removed the power supply at no charge !
