I brought my laptop in and dropped it off without an appointment as per my earlier conversation with the operator. The CMoss battery was available and was installed within probably 2 hours. I am very pleased.

I spent over $400 for an upgrade on 5 month old gaming computer and when geek squad gets done with it, I get back a broken gaming computer. I am very disappointed and upset. I brought my sons computer into the villages Geek Squad at Best Buy to have the processor upgraded. When purchasing the first processor, which was an i7 10th gen processor bought in store, i was advised that they needed to check with a tech to make sure the motherboard would support it. They came back and advised me that the mother board would support it. I Dropped the computer off on scheduled date and was told when I picked it up that now the motherboard would not support the processor and I needed a i7 9th gen. When advising them of what I was told the day before, the just said that was incorrect and they didn’t know who said it. Ok, no biggie, ordered a new one and scheduled another date to drop the computer off. After leaving it for a day, I go to pick it up and see the lady had a part of the computer separate. I was then advised that the computer had a yellow screen when they turned it on, after the new processor placed. and that the graphics card is bad and needs to be replaced. I am furious. My son was on that computer until the day it was dropped off and it was working fine. Now I pick it up after wanting just the i3 processor upgraded to an i7 processor, for the reason of my son wanting to play games that an i3 processor did not support and caused the computer to freeze. I was told that they could not prove the computer worked before I got there and there was nothing they could do but sell me a new graphics card (approx.$300) Why would I bring a broken computer in to have an upgrade? If the graphics card was bad and screen was yellow, I would have brought it in for that. I do plan to contact corporate about this situation.

My grandson is very satisfied with the results. We had this work done three days before Xmas. The work was completed within 24 hours which I consider very good for that time of the year. Very pleased with the results.

Geek squad took care of my issue in under an hour. I called, made an appointment, took my computer in for a optical drive replacement, and was back out again in under an hour. I'm very satisfied with the service.

My experience with the in store Geek Squad was a pleasant surprise. From the initial assessment through the completion of the repair, everyone involved was skilled, proficient, courteous and professional.

Needed additional RAM installed on my daughter's computer. They had some issues (as I expected based on what I read on-line) but got it working after about 45 minutes. Glad it was them and not me!

The guy from geek squad arrive on time. He was very informal and help me get acquainted with my new equipment. I I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks for the good service or a store gave me.

Computer was not starting correctly. Tech spend a good amount of time troubleshoting and looking at possible causes. Basically needed new harddrive. Replacement harddrive solve problem.

Fast friendly service. Work was done prior to due date given. I only wish there was one fee for one drop off, not individual fees for each item. Great service though!

Service was fast and friendly to replace a battery. Unfortunately the battery bought on AMZN was junk but thats not best buy's fault.

Diagnosed bad PSU on my desktop, but they did not have carry the right model to fit. I had to do the legwork to obtain the replacement PSU, and Geek Squad installed it for me. Took a long time and service seemed a little overpriced, but they got it running again.

I have done a few Barebones and hardware installations and I am no way a newbie. I felt very comfortable allowing geeksquad work on my system. Sometimes we do not have the time to do it ourselves and it is nice to be able to Not have to.

Service purchased as a gift for my son building his first gaming PC. The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful.
