My son's new computer had limited operating memory. Because of the design, it was a bit out of our league to upgrade ourselves. It was worth it to have the geek squad upgrade the memory and guarantee their work.

Agent was polite and extremely helpful. He estimated 4 days but finished in 3. My son was very thankful as it was his gaming computer that needed to be repaired.

Agents upgraded RAM and hard drive. Work was done in less than a week even with parts being ordered from outside the store.

Over all I am very happy with the service I got except I was charged for a corsair mounting bracket which was not used. the cost for the work I had done was reasonable. I would recommend geek squad to anyone.

I have used them a few times. Unfortunately there is usually only one in Traverse City at a time and always a wait to see him. All have been helpful except for one notable exception

I bought my RAM at a separate location. It’s not as easy to do this on your own as it used to be so I let the professionals at it. The service was fast, friendly and affordable ($40).

Best Buy's Geek Squad replaced my hard drive and installed windows 10 onto the new drive. It took less than 1/2 a day to get this completed. The cost of the service was fair. I would use them again.
