Geek Squad did a good job on the installation of my new hard drive on my PS4 I would recommend anyone to go over there to get it installed for the price they did for.

The Geek squad, especially Austin, was very knowledgeable and proficient in assisting with installing upgrades to a custom gaming computer.

My 2nd hard drive was installed, however I asked prior to removing from old pc would I be able to access programs and was told I would. That was not true as I had to purchase new programs (Microsoft Office) that I could no longer transfer. Additionally I get an error message every time my new PC boots up. Live and learn, I guess.

Installation was relatively quick, 1 business day. Unfortunately they removed a cable they felt I didn't need, a SATA cable, which I ended up needing two weeks later to install an ssd. Install was just for a power supply, so I didn't expect too much, was an effective swap. Turns out my power supply was fine though, needed a new CPU fan. I guess don't expect them to verify what's wrong, only that the job you request is completed.

I took my laptop in to get the screen replaced. They hooked the laptop up to their machines to make sure that it was in fact just the screen and nothing internally. Said everything was fine. They replaced the screen and it was working just fine but then about a week or so later part of the screen inked/blacked out again.

Great customer service, product knowledge, with sales staff and GEEKSquad. Geek Squad was extremely, professional, knowledgeable about the products.

Installation of an M.2 2280 SSD flawlessly and quickly performed

The technician replaced noisy fan, the same day I brought the computer in within oe hour.

Had a burned out power supply which I would have easily fixed on my own if it were my home computer, but I had to take my desktop to Geek Squad because it was a work machine. I told them exactly what needed to be done and the tech simply installed the new power supply without need for diagnostics. It was quick and easy, but expensive for very little actual work or thinking on Geek Squad tech's part.

The Geek Squad was professional and efficient. However, they did not sell the required battery.

The agents replaced my computer fan that stopped working and also moved another fan to a better location for better airflow.

Geek Squad has always been a tremendous help with all my computer issues. They knew immediately what the problem was and how to fix it.
