No problems with hardware installation. Geek Squad answered my questions the best they could.

The tech installed my new power supply and then checked the computer over and kept checking for about 1/2 hour before releasing the computer t me. I was very pleased with the promptness and how thorough they were.

Replaced the hard drive in a laptop with an SSD drive. Made the laptop faster than new. Work was done very quickly at a reasonable price.

Spencer was great. He helped figure out the problem with my Gateway computer and knew exactly what to do to fix it. Took him less then twenty minutes to get the power converter replaced and get me on my way again.

A family member's DVD player got a little too dusty and trapped a disc with family home movies in the player. Nothing we tried would get the disc out. Geek Squad told us exactly what they would need to do. Up front and honest--definitely a big plus!
