Couldn't fit but Geeks great

However, don't try calling... they took a long time to answer. In person is much better although you do have to wait in line.

it wasn't the best experience

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i took my pegasus external drive to repair because it was acting up and the guy made me sign a paper that is they mess up they not responsible. well they messed up and they would not take responsibility and i had to pay 250$ extra to send it into their repair center and extract all muy data from the drive. They wanted $500 at first and when I heard the number i got really mad when it was their mess up.
