The Geek Squad were able to remove rogue programs and other problems from my computer. I still have some questions about some of the things still in my download file.

I was happy with the repair as was my granddaughter. She can now use it again for her schoolwork and of course for all her other stuff--like youtube and cartoons.

They seemed to be friendly. they first told me to go back and get a power supply and buy it. But it was funny the Geek Squad guy told me NOT to buy the "Dynex - 400-Watt ATX CPU Power Supply ", so I didn't. I bought the other one that he said would work. Come to find out after the tech tried to put the other power supply in I ended up having to actually buy the "Dynex - 400-Watt ATX CPU Power Supply ". While they had the pc open i asked if I bought the new Cmos (a little ear like battery) could they slide it in the pc.? They said yes but it would be another $49.99 just to slip out the old battery and slide in the new small battery.

We got a great deal on a high performance gaming computer. Service was excellent and the transaction efficient despite the holiday rush.
