It was a TOUGH installation for a video card, due to the build of my PC, but they got it done! Also, for less than half of what the PC shops were quoting in my area.

The salesperson who took the checklist of the items I needed repaired on all 3 devices. He was thorough, explained the terminology as I described the issues and he was very efficient checking my devices in.

I brought in my old iMac to have the hard drive removed because it was bad. Geek squad had it out and I was more than satisfied. Two days to do the job very fast.

My old Dell PC wouldn't power on any more the Geek Squad found the problem, and installed a new power supply and saved me having to get a new computer that I couldn't afford!

Install was done on time at a good price. Staff is communicative -they sit down with you to know what you want and will contact you if any questions or uncertainty arises.

Only reason not five stars is even though I was there in person with only one person ahead of me they made me get an appointment for 2 hours later but once my turn great job!

I went in because my computer was overheating due to fan issues. They quickly took in my computer and charged me without looking if they even had a fan to that fit properly in the computer case. Are they not supposed to take the 20 minutes to at least check if they have what I requested. Wasted days of my time and money, refunded fan and I should've got a refund on the scam service. They wanted to sell me more parts after I reported that the computer was also made worse now it won't display anything except a blinking input marker. Expect this kind of service from a random computer shop not geek squad. Huge disappointment, I'm not going to easily recover from this as I used the little money I have to use this computer for work. Now all my years of content files will be lost thanks best buy

For the price and could walk around the store while they did it was great. All went perfect. They installed the SSD into my MacBook Pro and I was off. Better than new.
