My 2nd hard drive was installed, however I asked prior to removing from old pc would I be able to access programs and was told I would. That was not true as I had to purchase new programs (Microsoft Office) that I could no longer transfer. Additionally I get an error message every time my new PC boots up. Live and learn, I guess.

This is my 3rd repair on different laptops in my family. They were all completed on time, with quality and with a courteous, smiling attitude.

The technician/s I worked with were very courteous and eager to try and solve my computer issues. I would not hesitate to take my computers there for service in the future.

The technician rightly diagnosed the problem with the power supply in my computer n was able to fix it within an hour. He also followed up with a call.

The technician replaced noisy fan, the same day I brought the computer in within oe hour.

Done in a very timely manner especially since I went in during Christmas week

They quickly AND accurately diagnosed the problem with my computer, replaced a faulty power supply and the computer was ready to pick up same day. That was fantastic!

they did a good job. They moved all my old files from my dead computer to the new one. They installed all of the updates for the new one

I took my laptop in to get the screen replaced. They hooked the laptop up to their machines to make sure that it was in fact just the screen and nothing internally. Said everything was fine. They replaced the screen and it was working just fine but then about a week or so later part of the screen inked/blacked out again.

Brought my computer in for a cooling system upgrade. Was installed and told everything works. Got home, ran a program and the temp went to a 100 degrees. Called Bestbuy , they said bring it back in. After a couple of days they told me it was ready and that it was connected wrong the first time. I bought it to Bestbuy because of service to a Cyberpower PC. It would have been nice to have it work the first time around.

I was happy with the repair as was my granddaughter. She can now use it again for her schoolwork and of course for all her other stuff--like youtube and cartoons.

They did a great job! Why do it yourself when you have professionals who can do it quicker
