They took out the old not working PSU and replaced with the new one we had purchased.

Salesman Jay gave great info and helped me find everything I needed. Geek squad was very knowledgeable and very thorough with the insall.

Geek squad is normally good to me, but this time they really missed the mark. They partially diagnosed my problem correctly but then put some 3m tape down to "fix" it. When I ended up taking it somewhere else and had the problem rediagnosed they told me about the tape and fixed the problem correctly. Very disappointed

They quickly iNstalled additional RAM in my PC. Tested and made suggestions to improve speed.

After the appointment was made and paid for a week in advance... at first, I was told "Oh, we don't work on game consoles." Ok, then why does receipt say to specifically install game drives on 2 PS5s? Second person comes out and says "ok, well you can pick them up on Monday (3 days later)." Um, no. Was told when I made the appointment that it would take about 30 minutes tops. Then after already being there for almost an hour, they say, "well, they'll be ready about 4pm (over 4 hours from the start of the appointment at 11:40am). But the technician did do a good job and it was done correctly

At geek squad are good folk. Installed power supply & did a check for other issues.
