I had to to back again to get it fixed correctly.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to go to another Best Buy to pick up the part I needed and then go back to the Best Buy in West Jordan. I left my computer there overnight for them to install a fan. When I come to pick it up the next day it is finished and I got home and it makes a rattling noise. My fan fell off inside the computer and I had to take it back. They put the fan back on they forgot to use the clips that came with the fan to install it properly. I will not be using this service again. It was just terrible.

One thing though, I purchased a card to be installed and after I paid for the card and their installation service, I was told that I need it a different power supply otherwise it would not run properly. they should off told me before i maid payment.
