Service overpriced

However I also wanted to have a simple virus scan ran on my computer. The technician said that this would be $120. That is outrageous. I only allowed them to clean the computer, no virus scan is worth $120 .

Replace a HD with corrupted sectors

I was sold a 1 TB replacement, not realizing that the drive needing replacement was a 2 TB. In addition, my desktop PC had spare internal HDs apparently never functional that were discovered in your shop. I would have appreciated some evaluation of my PC before selling me a 1 TB drive, and then some technical advice on options for replacing the bad HD, recovering data off of it, and perhaps using one or more of the spares. I feel the service I received was by "geek-wannabes". I've met with another PC-repair and data recovery firm, and will be paying them more than I paid you to straighten this out.
