Bad customer service

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went in to best buy to troubleshoot my PC that wasnt working and after around 10-15 times of going back and forth they gave it to me after it was working. But they stole and itrm from my pc and are lying about it, their attitude wasnt good either. This guy from geek squad kept on talking to me as if he had been irritated, the item that they stole, they were saying they had gave it back to me but i had the item that they did give back to me. They said they had checked security cameras and when I asked them if I can see it, they said I had to contact corporate and when i called corporate they said i had to resolve the issue with the manager. I showed them the item that they had given back to me and I knew it was the item they gave back to me as it had a burn mark in which they also described it to have a burn mark on it. Please do not go to geek squad for your issues.
