I based my purchase on the Best Buy website description. They claimed the PC had an extra bay. I wanted to install an extra 1TB drive that I had. When I got the computer I took it too the Geek squad to install the drive. They accepted it it and said it would be ready in a couple of days. When I called to check on it three days later there was NO UPDATE on it. I could no call the geek squad location where I dropped the PC off as they no longer route you directly to the store working on your pc. They could not give me a status. When I physically went to the store and spoke to the Geek Squad lead technician I was informed that they could not perform the install I was informed that there was no 2nd bay to install the extra disk. This was even though the Best Buy web site listed 2 bays and I turned my new system over for the extra disk install and them having the system for days, I was never offered anything for my wasted time not to mention I wouldn't have purchased that system if I had known I couldn't install the 2nd disk. After asking for the store manager I was told the regional manager was there and I would get a call back but never did.

I'm happy with the service and all, but I stopped in on my way to work. I was planning on dropping my computer off. The service people kept telling me 5 minutes, so I decided to wait. One thing led to another and an hour and a half later, I made it to work. That was bad - but my computer was fixed and usable as soon as I got home from work.

I got in and got out fast. Didnt have to leave cpu like I thought i would

it worked and they moved everything. Made it easy to convert

I was told the install would take about 15 minutes...was more like an hour. I wouldn't have minded an hour and would have been willing to leave and come back but since they said 15 minutes, I decided to wait. Not sure why it took so long.

Had ssd drive installation. Replaced failing hard drive.
