Took longer than the time they said it would be finished

So my laptop was making a lot of noise. I checked with best buy team (paid the initial 30 min checkup cost) and they recommended me to replace the fan. They didn't have one for my laptop model. So i spent $50 to get one. I then got it replaced from them. They said it was working fine. I went back home and vola the fan noise is back. What's the point of spending more than 150 bucks?

They provided the service promised, but my computer is still not fixed.

I went in to best buy to troubleshoot my PC that wasnt working and after around 10-15 times of going back and forth they gave it to me after it was working. But they stole and itrm from my pc and are lying about it, their attitude wasnt good either. This guy from geek squad kept on talking to me as if he had been irritated, the item that they stole, they were saying they had gave it back to me but i had the item that they did give back to me. They said they had checked security cameras and when I asked them if I can see it, they said I had to contact corporate and when i called corporate they said i had to resolve the issue with the manager. I showed them the item that they had given back to me and I knew it was the item they gave back to me as it had a burn mark in which they also described it to have a burn mark on it. Please do not go to geek squad for your issues.

I'm torn between 1 & 2 : work order - add ram. picked it up - told 16gig & 8gig ram compatible : tower wouldn't get past an acct. creation, during re-boxing to return, noticed tower rattled - opened side & saw wire with connector loose & banging around and front ram not clicked in on either end!

The Geek Squad did not touch my computer purchase or install anything so a I am hard pressed to provide the requested review of their services. They did nothing averagely.

The second hard drive I wanted installed won’t show up. And now I am wasting time waiting for them to check it when it should have been done before being picked up. Not happy.

We had to have the DVD drive replaced in our computer, came home, hooked everything back and it did not work. Had to go back to Best Buy and get it corrected. The staff were great and very helpful. Not happy that we had to go back a second time, since we live far away from the store.

They did not have any idea on how to add memory to the laptop.

They installed a ram upgrade, they didn’t close the pc properly, additionally my pc screen came back with a little discoloration in the corner. Mind you this was brand new PC I scheduled a repair but ultimately decide not to bring it back due to work and not wanting their careless team to further damage my pc.

bought the laptop to the geek squad to have them install a hard drive and was told that they could not install it, wound up taking it to another place and had it installed

I Installed 16GB of ram into my wife's MacBook Pro. It was decided by apple tech support that somehow the ram was bad and had to be replaced. Although geek squad fixed the problem, it should not have ever occurred. Needed to buy new ram & warranty.
