Poor service

Suggest doing your own setup and upgrading on PC

If you know the Basics, do them yourself as I did with no problems - Manager was very helpful and professional

Geek Squad ruined my motherboard

I had to buy a whole new motherboard after they installed a hard drive and SSD because the displays weren't working. Took it to another place and they told me my motherboard wasn't working anymore. Best Buy took no responsibility for what happened.

One bad experience.

My Toshiba computer "died while on the Geek Squad's operating table." This necessitated spending over $900.00 for a new computer!!! It died in your hands,

Hardware fix for laptop

Waste of my time

purchased tv calibration

I spent hours yes hours on hold to then being cut off. I was told multiple times they would call back and never did. After nearly a week of trying I just cancelled the service and got my money back.

geek failure

Technical problems installing broken iPod screen

The geek squad blamed in on defective apple products. We also had to drive 15 minutes to another store to even find a store than had the screen to replace. Just poor planning and execution.

Very slow and not the best job
