The installation of the power pack was okay although they squad failed to diagnose the problem fully. the pc actually had a bad mother board and video card. I paid another tech company to replace both as i didn't want another bad checkup with the squad.

We have two Dell Laptops that were dated, one had a failed hard drive. The Geek Squad, Matt, Von, Caleb and Bruce at different times assisted us setting up our computers after replacing the 2 hard drives, installing 10 operating system, and Office Professional. Purchased new battery for wife’s laptop. Made appointment to have Geek Squad install. They were efficient and quickly returned the prop in great order.

The power supply on my computer fried, and I thought I was going to be in big trouble (fantasy football, school, work, etc., means I need my computer)! Even though my scheduled appointment was at 1pm, I was in town running errands (I live 20 minutes from my Best Buy), so I stopped by right at open (9am). The agent assessed the issue, made several recommendations based on my computer and my budget, and said that he expected the work to be done the next day. However, I received a call after lunch that my computer was ready! From an anticipated one day of work to only five hours! AWESOME!! I've had no issues with my computer or the power supply! THANK YOU GEEK SQUAD!

Brought my HP tower in to upgrade the graphics card. They were friendly and courteous. They did not try to sell me a card that was overkill for my needs. The install was only $40 and it was ready the next day.

I have been using the Geek Squad exclusively for several years now. All their technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and non-condescending when I don't understand something that they are telling me. They are patient and don't hesitate to make recommendations, even if those suggestion save me money and keep them from making a sale. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and have on several occasions.

Upgraded dell laptop to an SSD drive. Transfer of hard drive material was perfect. No problems so far. Turnaround time was 48 hours for the service.
