I am so glad that the Geek Squad installed my computer screen. I accidentally cracked the original screen the computer came with and was panicked. Thank goodness the Geek Squad helped me by installing a new screen that I purchased elsewhere to replace the cracked one. The new screen is great. I haven't had any problems. I am a truly happy customer. I don't know what I would have done without the Geek Squad's help on this one. Thank you Geek Squad!

I had three apple appointments and it has left me no where, so i decided to see if the best buy geek squad can help me AND THAT THEY DID! Adrian was really helpful and took the time to answer all of my (very annoying) questions. He was very professional and reassured me that it was in good hands. I am really impressed with the business and the product itself. im so glad i came to this store!

I turned in my tower to have them increase my RAM speed and check for anything that should not be there. Now my computer is running better than ever. They even had my tower turned back over to me in 24 hours after giving it to them.

The service techs in the Mesquite, TX store are excellent. Their customer service is unbeatable.

Geek Squad recommended the type of battery I needed to order. They replaced my Lenovo Yoga battery, quick service, and excellent working condition.

The agents installed a new gpu and a new cpu and my pc been running smoothly ever since . My stream goes perfectly etc.

Laptop battery died; I ordered replacement from Amazon and made appointment with Geek Squad to swap out. They finished the job promptly.

Well i dislike that some items you have to order offline

I got my Lenovo Desktop computer upgraded, that is to say, additional Ram added. It was only 16GB, but is now 40GB.

I used to build desktop computers but wanted to upgrade the ram on my laptop, and couldn’t get it open Without risk of breaking it after unscrewing the plate. Well I took it to geek squad and he had a tool to pry open my laptop which I didn’t even know was a thing but that’s why they are experts! Learned something new.

Fantastic service/installation and customer interface! I was expecting bad news - but the Team and my Tech turned it into good news with a new power supply (for my Dell 8700) that is working great and was provided (part and labor) for a reasonable price - less than I expected.

The geek squad did a good job on the installation of product that I purchased and did it the say day so that was awesome.

I was able to get my RAM installed on my laptop quickly, they did a great job, friendly and efficient with other customers as well.

The Geek squad team install 16GM memory chip for our HP laptop. The installation is good. Our computer has been running without any problem since 6/18/21 installation.

The Squad installed a new hard drive and reprogrammed Windows on my computer. He also recommended a plug that I was not aware of needing, which saved me a trip back and avoiding some frustrations that would have happened had he not explained the situation! Very helpful!

I had an appointment with the Geek Squad to install a new graphics card in my computer and the guy that did the install was smart and helpful!

Dropped my laptop off for a repair, and 3 hours later I received notification it was ready for pick-up. I was expecting a 2 or three day wait.

Recommend the Greek Squad they were able to fix my laptop and able to tell me that the battery was defective and were able to fix it by replacing it with a new one

They did they're job as proficient as possible, I'm genuinely satisfied with the results!
