OLIVER, the tech at Porter Ranch. Indicated that my original 460WPower Supply was kaput and so I purchased and inexpensive $59 700W Thermaltake Smart Power PS and he installed it quickly and it performs flawlessly. Oliver was helpful and explained the issue before the work. Very HAPPY

My "mechanical" hard drive was not acting properly (I was able to back up all of my data luckily) and it finally failed to operate. Took my desktop to Best Buy and the Geek Squad look at it and determined it was "dead" - i.e. the disk had stopped spinning entirely. They gave me the option of a replacement mechanical HD or a Samsung - 860 QVO 2TB Internal SATA Solid State Drive. I went with the Solid State! Quiet, no moving parts, quiet, no heat - cooling fan does not run as near as often as it had previously. Geek Squad installed it, and I was back out the door with a repaired and improved desktop within the hour. Totally satisfied customer!

I did time things well, arriving on a Friday evening. I had some problems getting at the old drive, Best Buy personnel figured it out, put in the new harddrive and tested it in a matter of minutes, works great!

I needed a graphics card for my gaming PC, so I went to Best Buy. There is where I found the AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT graphics card (AWESOME Graphics by the way, check out my review on it and grab one!). My problem was that I didn't know how to put it in by myself. So GeekSquad did and now I have a nice gaming PC with decent graphics!

I ordered a replacement screen for my Toshiba laptop from the manufacturer..... and brought it to the Geek Squad to install (and replace the bad screen). They were not busy and it took less than 30 minutes!!

I purchased a new power supply for my XPS 700 from amazon online. Once I received it in the mail, geek squad installed it and removed the old one. Microcenter would not install anything they didn't sell. Computer works great again. Geek squad is the best

I always appreciate the good service I get from Best Buy's Total Tech Geek Squad. As a senior citizen not at all technically savvy, the 'squad' is always patient & helpful. I usually arrive at their desk feeling frustrated & cranky, but invaribly leave content & grateful.

Brought my PC in for various upgrades & thought it might be several days before I could pick it up...The Geek Squad Agents completed all the work & was able to pick it up that afternoon...Very happy with my overall experience!!!

The Geek Squad far exceeded my expectations. I had to have an laptop internal battery replaced and I purchased a battery from the Best Buy PartStore. The Geek Squad replaced the battery but unfortunately the battery itself ending up being defective. I then purchased another battery from the PartStore and Geek Squad installed that at no additional cost to me. Both times, the two different Geek Squad employees who installed the batteries did so in a timely manner thus allowing me to use my laptop for work on the same day or the next day. Additionally, the second Geek Squad thoroughly tested that the battery was working and also cleared out some error messages that were popping up (due to battery failures).

Your guys did a great job. Had me out of there in less than an hour, WOW.

The young man that came was GREAT! I was so glad that he brought a backup TV Mount for metal framing. As the one I bought was for wood framing. He setup both TVs and worked quickly. No issues! I’m glad he brought the back up or else it would have been another week to get my TV installed! THANK YOU!

I was very impressed with the Geek Squad service personnel., from the front end, checking my computer and offering suggestions, to the sales associate who helped me pick out a new internal SSD and 8g of extra memory to be installed. The installation was done in a timely manner and completed as scheduled. Was kept informed of the progress and when it was completed and ready for pickup. A really great experience all around.

When the laptop I use broke down I took it to Best Buy and Geek Squad who was able to quickly figure out what happened and fix it within a few days.
