No Product Support Outside of the UK

Unfortunately NextBase does not include the needed fuse splitter to complete the install. I reached out to their support and they told me they can only issue the correct cable to people that live in the mainland UK, NOT the United States. I was told this also includes issues with the camera as well. This is a no go for me. I cannot imagine Best Buy selling a product that has zero warranty service in the US. Returning this kit as well as my camera today!

Adapters aren’t universal.

The quality of the wire is not that great

Don’t Buy !!!

Voltage limiter is flawed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately, voltage protection is set to 11V. Most of the modern cars won't even be able to start with such low voltage in battery. Pretty much useless if you are planning to use parking mode.

Thank you for your review. The older Nextbase hard wire kit had a voltage cut off set to 11.2V, whereas the newer kits have the voltage cut off set to 11.8V. We really appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback and I have passed this onto our Development Team.
