Very nice, great sound, nice size, bigger than I thought

The overall sound quality is good however in order to connect the unit for the first time you have to connect through google home which makes it a bit unnecessary since it has Bluetooth capability

I expected more from Harmon Kardon based on previous experience with their brand. I’m keeping the Citation 100 only because I got it on a deal of the day special. It’s NOT worth the regular price of $349. I need more bass to enjoy listening. It’s barely there, not pairing easily, and definitely not as good as my JBLs or even the old Samsung bar that I’ve worn out. I’m disappointed and doubtful that I’ll buy HK again. Quality has nosedived on this one. It sounds only slightly better than a cheap can speaker. Maybe I just got a bad one...

This thing sounds great. Connects to my Google Home seamlessly and is now my main speaker for my living room. Much louder than expected and the bass on this thing thumps. Purchased when it was the Deal of the Day so if you can wait for that sale price its more than worth it.

I bought it to add depth (more of a surround effect) to my original Google device, setup was easy and works as wanted. The great price on the daily deal was probably the biggest factor that got me off the fence to buy it!

Powerful sound in a small package. HK lives up to their reputation with this piece. Room filling quality with no distortion even at the loudest setting. Not sure I would have ever paid full price for a single speaker. Got this for 75% off as a DOTD.

Fascinating. Simply fascinating I say. Looks good on night stand and not sure what to do with it as it won’t play my music and it makes me have a streaming service that I refuse to pay for

Bought this for a friend. Much older person. Don't have a Google account so he was having a hard time connecting the blue tooth without having to set up a Google account. Don't know if he got thru.

Overall its good. Connects to google home which is nice. Alot of reviews say the bass is high but I found the opposite. Worst thing about it is you can't adjust the bass/treble/etc.

Great personal assistant. Recognized my voice from across the room while at almost full volume. Bass could be a little stronger, but a great quality product nevertheless.

Way too big. BT doesn't connect well with any laptop (I have both Mac and Lenovo). Return.

Jumps from quite to loud.No In between which sucks. SOUND IS GOOD just would be nice to have more adjustments. For sound.

It's ok but could have been better comparable to competitors of sony product since sony had bee around longer than their rivals but it's ok but not that impressed.

Picked this up for $99 with a best buy daily deal, but it's regular price of $350 is not worth it in my opinion, but it's still a great google home speaker.

Sound its really good but it always sound "microphone on and then off we are just connected to the you tube

Quality product, only issue is that for a HK product, and for its size, the sound could be a little clearer and volume should go higher.
