Customers are saying

Customers find value in the HK Citation 100 Google Voice Speaker's exceptional sound quality and impressive bass response, frequently praising its ease of use and volume. However, some users experienced challenges with connectivity and Bluetooth pairing, while others found the speaker's size to be larger than anticipated. A few also reported difficulties with initial setup. Overall, the positive feedback on sound quality outweighs the negative comments regarding connectivity and size.

This item came to my house broken, I had to take it back immediately. Price would have been awesome, but I don’t know how good it is because it didn’t work.

I bought this on sale, have had it almost 4 months. Pay attention to measurements, it is large. I love the Google assistant, the sound is great, carries to other rooms. It does have what seems to be to be a very good bass, others have commented on this as well. Set up was very easy. I recommend this. No problems at all in the time period I have owned it.

Great small room sound, But daily issues

I picked up one for usage in my bathroom, just for shower music and it does a great job at that, BUT...every 24 hours (same time every night) it will disconnect from the google home then i have to readd the device. I did some research and found this is an issue that recently plagued Nest Mini users but supposedly has been fixed. My Next Mini has never had an issue but there seems to be no firmware update for this speaker. If you are lucky it will stay connected, if you are like me expect to reconnect it daily. I had the intention of buying one of these for the kitchen, garage, etc. But if Harman Kardon and/or google doesn't provide a firmware update for this i will NEVER purchase another. Best of luck to all others who purchased this item.

    My Sony is nicer

Had to try for 99 dollars. Not worth $349 and not worth $99. I expect more from harmon Larson considering I have had 8 bmws with the H/K sound setup as well as the older H/K onyx 4 which blows this out the water for the price I paid. My older Sony SRS-X55 sounds better. Had to try 5 times to pair to google home; lots of glitches. Not worth it.
