Wireless speakers vary a great deal in terms of quality and battery life. The sound has been very good especially on vocals and mid-range. if your into a loud, thumping base, this might not be your top choice. Battery life is good especially compared to some competitors.

Picked this speaker up for $50, can't get better speaker for the price. Great sound and bass for the size.

Perfect sound for a bedroom. Small and discreet. I purchased it for $70 during the holidays which is worth it. I'm not sure I would pay full price for it.

Fortunately I caught this on sale. Big clear sound from such a small Bluetooth speaker. Battery life between charges very good also. Highly recommend!

Let me start off by saying I am indeed a sound snob. I needed a good sounding small Bluetooth speaker for outdoor use/desktop use. Aesthetically, the speaker is superb. I like how loud it is with the volume up including little to no distortion. However, this speaker doesn't seem balanced. The acoustics are fabulous, but the Onyx Mini lacks the bass to support these frequencies when played at higher volume levels. Because the bass doesn't quite match the higher frequencies, some songs' acoustics will actually sound piercing to the the ears. Long story short, I decided to fork out more cash in order to purchase the Bose Soundlink Color II and compared the two speakers. I will be returning the Onyx Mini. For my purposes, the more balanced Bose sound coupled with the durability of the splash proof design outweighs the extra money. Onyx Mini is great for background music as well as a stationary desktop speaker. It is not portable.

I love this speaker, especially at the deeply discounted price it is sometimes liter for. Excellent sound quality, easy set-up, long battery life.

I loved the speaker. The sound is pretty Good. It is really easy to take to wherever you want to. A good price and a perfect product.

This little speaker is proof that good things come in small packages. I have the larger version and love it so when this came on sale I thought it would probably be good for my desk at work thinking it wouldn't have the same bass as the larger version. I was wrong! This little thing packs a mighty punch! I can hardly tell the difference between the two! Plus this one has phone answering capabilities wiith a microphone which is awesome when I need to speak with someone and can't be tied to holding the phone. I love this speaker and would highly recommend!

I bought this product when it is on sale. The size is small for me, but the sound is great. We use for straight 4 hours after one charged.

I bought this and the Onyx Studio 3 on Black Friday because I wanted to compare them. For the price, this speaker is awesome. It packs a ton of punch for the size and it easily fills a room with great sound.

If you can find it in stores...go buy this Harman/kardon Mini speaker now! I bought one at $50 and was blown away that it retails for $200. I figured I couldn't go wrong at $50. Well, the sound and the deal was so amazing that I found another local store and bought two more. I can now link two speakers for my office and have one extra speaker for my garage. I wish I could be more technical with this review, BUT, just trust me. YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER BLUETOOTH SPEAKER AT A SALE PRICE OF $100 LET ALONE $50. You will not be disappointed.

I bought the speaker at a price of $59. It definitely worth the price. the bass is good and the sound is clear. Very good for play pop and jazz.

I own the Onyx Studio and love the full rich sound from it. This is right in line with that. Some pros are the small size and easy connection. Cons would be no case for it (it is awkward to carry around with its shape) it is a bit lower then it's older brother

The harman/Larson little onyx 1st edition speaker is good sound for the money.

This was a gift for technically challenged folks, and this was GREAT. The sound is awesome, and it was so easy to set up and get them using it.

Purchased speaker with extended warranty, since purchase I have not turned volume below max due to working in a automotive shop and loud noise is constant, very good speaker for the price, definitely recommend for anyone, small size to place in compact areas.

Wow this thing will surprise you with how loud and powerful it can get. The design is also very pleasing. Great for parties or just chilling.
