Posted .We're sorry if you're having issue with our product. We have some suggestions to address that.
1. Please note that if you have a large number of Apps open in your smartphone or tablet, this may block or overtax its processor. Dropouts may result. Try to close all or most active apps. This should solve the problem.
2. Bluetooth signals from smartphones and tablets are not very strong. Make sure that the signal does not have to pass through doors, walls etc. Always maintain a clear line of sight between transmitter and receiver.
3.Under normal circumstances, you can expect a range of 10 meters with no problems, if you follow the above advice. In some instances range is longer, but we cannot promise this.

Posted .We're sorry to hear if you were not satisfied with our product. The ONYX STUDIO 2 offers up to 5 hours of playtime when fully charged. However, battery life would really depend on how the speaker is used, depending on music content (i.e Rap, R&b, rock, etc...) and volume level would certainly play a major role in the play time of the speaker. If the speaker is at 80-90% volume playing audio with a lot of BASS, battery/play time would be shortened compared to the speaker playing mellow/slow music at 40-50% volume.
