Way to hard to pair and get setup and a hassle to use. More so android friendly than Apple and I don’t have any other google products to make this worth it, returned

Just an OK speaker...

But after setting it up and turning up the music, I was disappointed. First of all, the volume is quite low. I have to set it 60%+ to get a decent sound, while my other speakers only need to be set around 30% or less (cast from Google Home App). It is the same story with bluetooth. Secondly, it doesn't sound as good as my other speakers in the same price range. I wouldn't recommend it for its high price tag. But if you can get it while on sale, it'd be OK.

Decent sound, not really portable

The biggest disappointment was that it was not battery or rechargeable. It had to be plugged in which restricts its portability. Couldn’t use outside or by the pool without electrical service.

Multiple complications trying to connect to computer and TV. Returned to another brand. Very disappointed because the previous one was wonderful.

Best buy can't reship because none of the locations in my ZIP code or neighboring zip codes have the device. Smh...... *My review is about bestbuy service, not the device itself
