Agent did a great job of reprogramming my Harmony remote. I cut the cord from cable and now streaming. I needed to reprogram my Harmony remote. Great job.

I purchased the elite harmony universal remote for my parents. I also had the geek Squad come and program the remote for them. They did an excellent job. The only problem was my mom couldn’t get the volume to come on the receiver so we called the geek Squad back and they were nice enough to come back and fix the problem with no charge. Can’t get any better than that. They were a big help.

The only drawback was having to wait at my Mom's house for the 4 hour window for the appointment. They allowed me an 8 to 12 time slot, and showed up at 11 which is acceptable, just a tad inconvenient. All else, went perfect! quick install, very patient with my 85 year old mother, explaining how to use the Harmony Remote, and courteous dealing with her. Thanks again!

My wife has continually complained about the complexity our past remotes. It would take 3 remotes to watch a movie (tv, dvd, sound System). This remote looked like it belonged to a kid tv with only a couple of buttons but the tech explained that your technology like smart phone or iPad would serve as the remote. He was right and it's easy enough that my wife doesn't complain anymore, at least not about the remote!

Great customer service! Tony and Ian were friendly, professional and very helpful. They installed and programmed my new tv, soundbar and universal remote. So, having the Geek Squad setup and program my new Harmony Remote Control was TOTALLY worth it! They programmed ALL my electronics into the Harmony Remote, and I mean every command for every possible scenario for all the electronics. Then they sat me down and trained me on all of it. They rocked!

the first group to setup (geek Squad) my system did not know or understand how to setup the system. The independent contractor who setup the second purchase basically went back to start and reset the entire system which made the system much more responsive easier to use and made a vast upgrade in system performance.

Raul at our local Best Buy - Geek Squad store has excellent product expertise when programming the Logitech - Harmony 665 10-Device Universal Remote - Black. He took the appropriate time to make sure all the connected devices were hooked up correctly and tested everything before leaving our home. Very happy to only have one remote to use verses four.

The GS Agent was knowledgeable and the programming was accomplished correctly and quickly. He verified that I knew how to operate everything including the software to add channels and the cell phones app. Yet, another complete professional job; which is why I always go to Best Buy and Geek Squad for all my needs!

I had Mike and one of his partners come to the house for the install. This team was very knowledgeable, friendly and able to hook up everything in a very timely manner. They answered all of my questions, even ones I didn't even know to ask. They also went above and beyond in making sure everything was hooked up properly to begin with. I would give them Six (6) stars if I could. Thank you for all of your help.

ON the SAME day that I had my Harmony Remote programmed, my LG TV was declared junk by Best Buy warranty department. Now I am getting a new TV which is great, but BB says they will not reprogram the remote for the new tv unless I set up another $99 Geek Squad call. I appreciate the ease of the warranted exchange, but it seems like they should set up the new TV and leave everything just as it was before.

The Geek Squad member not only resolved my remote control programming issue, he took the time to explain what he was doing and why, plus what I needed to do in the future should certain glitches reappear. He asked what else he could assist with while there, so was also able to connect the smart TV's internet access issue. Extremely pleased and impressed with this particular conscientious associate.

I'm still a fan of the Harmony Remotes (discontinued by Logitech). The senior tech programmed it to my new Sony Bravia TV. I love it.

Good universal remote for smaller set ups. We have it set up in the master bedroom with only 4 components set up on it. The higher end remote with the screen is much better to control multiple components. Had Geek Squad do the install/set up. They were awesome, showed up on time set everything up and walked my wife and I thru all the functions/answer all our questions.

Jason Harrison completed this work with efficiency and professionalism. Along with the gentleman he was training (missed his name) they tested each component of our system before leaving. We were very pleased with their service.

The whole experience with the Pensacola Geek squad was outstanding. We had purchased a top of the line remote. When the squad came they pointed out that our present remote was even more effective but our system needed reprogramming. We returned the new remote and had the old remote reprogrammed and our system is working very well. All the members of the Geeks were helpful dedicated customer focused employees . Highly recommend them.

When Derick called to announce he was on the way, we discovered there was a misunderstanding as to the universal remote that I had. I had a X-8 remote setup ($1,472) that he was untrained on. But thankfully he came anyway. As it turned out, the remote didn't need reprograming, just resetting via battery removal and replacement. Previously, my installer/programmer had not provided either "things to avoid doing" or "trouble shooting" instructions. Said there were none. As a result, my frustration time had been extensive and largely unnecessary, it seems. Derick took the time to help here as well. Great experience. Previously, calls for help to my "inhouse sales consultant/coordinator were not returned, necessitating my calling the Geek Squad. They responded happily and quickly with Derick at no additional cost.

Normally I would try to set up new products myself, but in this case there was a special offering to use the Geek Squad. I am pleased I went with installation by a Geek Squad expert. It saved time and I followed up with hiring him to solve another audio job that I had been unsuccessful in accomplishing. Nice to find someone that stays up to date with the ever changing audio technology.
