Great support at home to determine proper oven make and model Very professional Highly recommend

We could not turn our new TV on, off , switch channels or adjust volume. The remote simply did nothing. The Geek Squad fiured it out and was able to get it to working again

The remote control works to a fair degree but we are disappointed in its functionality as it doesn't work easily for us. You must stand up and point exactly right over the soundbar to get it to work. The function between cable and smart TV is clunky to go back and forth with and sometimes it just doesn't seem to work at all. We needed more instruction on this or a check back phone call later to see if we have questions, which we do.

Great guy- he not only programmed our remote but gave us all sorts of help and tips about the receiver and TV we just bought.

Terrible service. This is the second attempt for service. The first time you canceled the day of the appointment. This second one, you canceled inside of 24 hours. I rearrangement my schedule for these appointments and you wasted my days without any explanation. I received voice messages from your support center after the fact from a person with such a heavy accent I could not understand what was being said. I will never use Geek squad again, you cannot be relied upon. A one star rating is too high.

Cameron did a great job programming my Logitech Harmony. I no longer have to juggle as many remotes to use my cable/DVD/music systems.

your team was great they programmed the remote which i hate set up tv very courteous . the remote is lousy it is not there fault it is the product itself.
