Jason Harrison completed this work with efficiency and professionalism. Along with the gentleman he was training (missed his name) they tested each component of our system before leaving. We were very pleased with their service.

When Derick called to announce he was on the way, we discovered there was a misunderstanding as to the universal remote that I had. I had a X-8 remote setup ($1,472) that he was untrained on. But thankfully he came anyway. As it turned out, the remote didn't need reprograming, just resetting via battery removal and replacement. Previously, my installer/programmer had not provided either "things to avoid doing" or "trouble shooting" instructions. Said there were none. As a result, my frustration time had been extensive and largely unnecessary, it seems. Derick took the time to help here as well. Great experience. Previously, calls for help to my "inhouse sales consultant/coordinator were not returned, necessitating my calling the Geek Squad. They responded happily and quickly with Derick at no additional cost.

Although it took a little longer than I expected, overall I was pleased with the programming of my new Logitech Harmony Remote. The two men that came to my house were very professional and polite. I had a lot of equipment to program that was rack mounted and recessed into the wall. I'm sure it was a little more difficult that most installations but they got the job done.

Agent did a great job of reprogramming my Harmony remote. I cut the cord from cable and now streaming. I needed to reprogram my Harmony remote. Great job.

When we bought Samsung TV, Samsung DVD, Samsung sound bar from Best Buy and added Time Warner cable and dvr the coffee table now had four remotes. Coordinating all the devices was a pain. Enter the Harmony universal remote. Had no clue how to program it so paid the $ to have Geek Squad get it done. Very nice tech. Set it all up and gave us lessons-made sure we understood before he left. A winner.

John from the Geek Squad programmed our new Harmony Elite Universal remote. He had been involved with the setup of our theater system a few years ago. He programmed all our components without issue and checked to make sure everything was hooked up properly. He went beyond the call as has every member from the Geek Squad. They stand behind their work.

This is my second Harmony Remote control...I literally wore the other one out. The Geek Squad programmed my first Harmony Remote so as a and Elite Member of Best Buy I asked them to program this newly purchased Harmony Remote.

The actual service part was great! The technician was very thorough and knowledgeable and fixed our problem. However, being forced to go through the national call center to schedule the service was absolutely awful! It took me several hours to finally get my service scheduled. Every time I would call in, I would hold for 20 minutes before I was given the option to request a call back. Twice when I received the call back, the call disconnected before I was finished scheduling the service. I then had to keep calling. It took me hours to do something I wish I could just call my local Best Buy store to schedule.

It works great, I like the fact we can use just one remote for all components.

Every time Geek Squad helps us out, they are amazing! This time, without exception, they worked very hard to make things right so we understood our universal remote. It had to be programmed to our TV. After that they showed us how it worked, it was easier and user friendly.

The technician 'Travis' was great, he programed both remotes and gave us a full demonstration on how they worked with both our TVs. He also gave us recommendation on how to improve our bedroom set by providing us information on the type of cables to get.

Gabriel and Aaron did an amazing job of installing a new tv into an already established media theater system. It was a complicated job. They worked with my designer to mount the tv precisely where he required. They kept in contact through the days of installation. They answered all my questions and gave precise instructions on my new operating system. I am an 80 year old who loves technology but finds it challenging. Gabriel and Arron were patient, encouraging and respectful. Their cleanup was spotless. I have always had excellent service from Geek Squad teams. But Gabriel and his team went far beyond basic requirement of serving up a new TV. Thank you for this opportunity to give them Kudos.

Kurt installed the remote and programmed it to our tv. I had a problem with it a few days later, I called, and he returned my call promptly. He walked me through my problem in just a few minutes. He was very professional. This technologically challenged senior appreciated all his help.

Before we moved to Slaton, TX the Midland Geek Squad made the Harmony RF remote the best piece of high tech equipment we had. Now we have to use the Dish and Harmony remote and then sometimes the combination won't get the job done. Looks like the Lubbock Geek Squad needs some more training.

Katie arrived on time and took the time to be sure that I understood all the settings for each of my components before she left. I specifically asked for her and wasn't assigned her, but called and got someone to switch assignments, since I have used her before and trust her completely! Hopefully she'll clone herself so I can use the Geek squad over and over in the future!

I initially hated these things, but after I figured it out - it takes a while - they are great. You need multiple advanced degrees to program, so use the BB services.

When I purchased multiple components (tv, soundbar) to use with my cable provider, we could not program one remote to run everything so was walking around with 3 remotes! Kevin suggested the Logitech Harmony remote and I am thankful for the ease of learning the functions after the Geek Tony explained all the how tops. I love this remote!

The technician knew what he was doing. He completed programming the all in one remote control very quickly, much quicker than it would have taken us, and we know it is done correctly. When the installation was complete, he gave us a very thourough explaination of how to use it. Better than trying to figure it out in our own. Great service.

After much frustration with our cable technician’s, we decided to reach out to Best Buy Geek Squad. We purchased a remote from you many years ago. We called you after no one could get our system in working order. He came in and knew what to do immediately.
