Easy to use! Changes from one devise to another without a problem.

The technician was well trained and he loved helping making my Home Theatre better and gave me several tips on using my hi-fi system. After programming the system, we sat together and he showed me how to use my new more advanced remote controller. He then handed it to me and he asked me to perform basic steps. The RIGHT was to teach. And I am a former college professor.

I'm still a fan of the Harmony Remotes (discontinued by Logitech). The senior tech programmed it to my new Sony Bravia TV. I love it.

Harmony remote takes care of managing multiple devices for my home theater. Keeps battery charge several days. Dependable in terms of retaining programming. I have Best Buy do the programming and the tech was on time and made everything clear in terms of operating and support. Recommend both Best Buy Tech Support/ Geek Squad and Harmony Remote. Will upgrade in time...

Installation by Nathan and Greg was excellent. They arrived as scheduled. They were both very considerate of our home. They completed the installation and, most importantly, explained the product, its functions, and answered all questions before leaving. Also, made sure we knew how to contact they about any further questions or issues. We will continue to support Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad helped with our TV issues and installed our Harmony Elite Remoste and hub so that we could utilize an all in one remote. This made watching our TV that much better. We appreciated there skill, assistance, and professional service.

I have a "vintage" Harmony remote. Our Geek squad technition worked mightily to get it synched to all our equipment. It works perfectly!

I have total tech support and was out of town for a couple of weeks and the internet and power went out and somehow my receiver and othe components went back to default set up called geek squad total protection they were out the next day and reprogrammed all components . Not being a techie the Greek squad makes it easy.

My original Harmony remote controlled for devices: a TV, a DVD / Blu-ray, a laptop computer, and a sound bar. After a few years the remote started to not work well. The biggest thing was the on/off button did not function. I bought a new remote but I knew that I could not program it myself. I am a total household tech member so It only cost $50 to have someone come out and program it. He was there about 45 minutes and got it working just fine. Or so I thought. A couple days later I noticed it wasn't working. What I had done was bought a different DVD / Blu-ray player than what I originally had. I forgot to tell the installer that. I called Best Buy and they sent out another tech with no additional charge. He corrected the problem. Both techs were polite, clean And very knowledgeable. I have no complaints whatsoever. Both texts taught me a little bit more about the remote and other things I could do with it.

I've had total tech reps out twice helping set up a new TV, DVD player, receiver, and an all-in-one remote so I just have one remote for everything and the sound goes through the receiver to my speakers. Everything works great!

I upgraded from an analogic controller I had for 10 years. This is a pretty good unit but you need to have it programmed. Also the battery runs down every 3 days and if it gets low on charge it forgets things. As soon as you recharge it, it's memory is back on track. But, like most smartphones today, you cannot keep it on the charger but need to let it run down.

Shawn and J.D. from the Ion Company, a sub to Best Buy, came out on the appointed time and were excellent! They re-programmed my new Logistics remote and the whole home theater system. Give a shout out to them and keep them for me next time!

This installation was very complicated, especially when you consider that it's just a remote control! The Geek Squad took about two hours to complete the installation, and it works perfectly. There is no way I could have done this without their help.

Jason H did a great job. The Harmony was not repairable, He fixed the Sony Remote so it would do the job and cleaned up all the extra wires left from previous installations and repairs. He has my sound system working better than ever.

After removing unneeded devices from my entertainment center, my remote control needed to be extremely re-programmed. The techs performed this following my desires on how I wanted things to flow and function. They were very patient and knowledgeble in working with me in this endeavor.

So I bought a new Harmony remote to control all the devices for my home theater. Sony 4ktv, Oppo Blu Ray player, and a Marantz receiver. I opted to pay the $100 to have Best Buy set up the remote for me instead of doing it myself. Very glad that I did. The install took about an hour (would've taken me a few), was painless and the remote works perfectly.

Geek Squad did all the programming for our Harmony single unit remote and did it right the first time. This made it easy to control multiple units with one remote! c

Kyle was on time, friendly and he programmed my new remote to work on all my devices. Great service!!
