    I had this service set up and the service rep was kind enough to walk through a friend with the set up and how it works and repaired the problem. The time for arrival was off 4 hours which was not able to be explained necessitating the need for the help from a friend.

    After 4 return visits there are some functions still not working. I'm just going to accept the level of function and be done with it. Tired of trying to get it to work, just moving on.

    I purchased the new remote when the Geek told me they didn't look at or repair them. I was sent to TV dept where a very unknowledgable assoc. said my Harmony One was no good and could not be repaired and sold me a Harmony PRO and of course the Geek install all for ONLY $226.34. Well the PRO turned out to be problematic in use and in a moment of despair I picked up my Harmony One and it worked!!! Now I am out $226. I wrote a review/ complaint a few weeks ago but I have yet to hear back from Best Buy. I am a long time customer, but I am not a very happy one! Purchase date was 5/5/16 .

    Bought the logictech universal as it would operate without a direct line to the receiver. Its setup was not easily facilitated and trouble shooting is not an easy process. I am not sure it was worth the extra money.

    After 2 appointments and a new harmony box, the tv still does not work. The only way to reach you is to go into the store to make an appointment. Tried to call multiple time’s but never answer.
