Installed and educated users... Probably harder than the install

Agent reprogrammed a universal remote control for my home theater in a very professional, knowlegable manner.

Extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend, purchased universal remote and had the Geeks set it up. It may cost a little more, but you can relax because you are in good hands. Very patient in showing how to use TV remote.

Our new TV was mounted, harmony remote synched and everything tested. Everything is working good.

I can’t say enough about the value of having a professional reprogram our Harmony remote. The remote combines our tv, blue ray player, Sonos system, and cable tv remotes into one. My husband and I are seniors, and appreciate less clutter and the simplicity of using one remote. We also agree we are technically challenged. Since the programming is done through a computer, we knew we needed help! We have Total Tech Support, which discounts Geek Squad services. Since our old tv was relocated to our bedroom, we decided to purchase an additional Harmony remote to combine the tv, blue ray player, and Roku remotes. Both remotes work perfectly! Excellent service and well worth the cost!

The guys were there within a few minutes of the starting time of the arrival range. They quickly and efficiently set up the remote, explaining how to use it and were done. I thought I had obscure devices to hook up, but they knew about them and were able to get it all going. They were great.

This was an installation of a remote that I purchased at Best Buy. The installer from the Geek Squad was very professional. He let me know when he would arrive and was very timely. He installed the remote and gave me a tutorial on how to use it. The remote works excellently.

Geek Squad was able to set up my LOGITECH remote control both easily and at a reasonable price. I paid a king's ransom from a major TV installation "expert" who was unable to complete the job after 3 days of attempt and many hundreds of dollars.

my fancy remote stopped working. Chris L from Portland Geek Squad came ready to replace but decided to update the op system on the remote and it worked! instead of spending a bunch of money he saved me a bunch. They should clone Chris L
