    Lost programming after just 35 days. This is the 3rd Harmony that has gone bad. The older one lasted over 8 years!

    Such poor service.. didnt work right the first time.. or the 2nd.. or the 3rd.. save your money

Having a remote programmed properly can certainly save one the trouble of having to get up and turn all the components on individually, or have multiple remotes lying around, and it's frustrating to hear you may be having trouble with this despite multiple attempts.     I was very disappointed in the service call and the almost come on to spend an extra $400 to have it done right but not by him.
