Timely and thorough service from Nolan of the geek squad. He installed my new Denon receiver and made several hookups to my sound system, and also programmed a new Logitech Harmony remote control.

Xfinity changed me to X-One so my universal remote no longer worked. William came to me and fixed the universal remote, explained how X-One works so I could follow it and changed how I get to my apps so that I could access Netflix, etc easier. He was awesome and quick.

The Geek squad has always done a great job, they have little staff turnover and I get someone who is very experienced. In this case, they could only do what the remote was capable of, but it was better than before they got here.

My husband and I recently moved to a new home and had to change cable companies. It was like going back in time. We could not get the TV to work properly with the sound bar and blue ray. The cable guy supposedly connected it all but it did not work. I contacted the Geek Squad. Robert came out and did an excellent job or programming and throughly explaining the remote. I highly recommend Robert Yim from the Geek squad.

This programmer consolidates the majority of remotes associated with the home theater, surround sound, cable and gaming experience. It is also compatible with some thermostats to assist you with your heating/cooling experience. Can be somewhat sensitive to the touch.

This truly is the answer to ONE remote that does everything! I can finally turn on/off all components, turn the volume up and down and manage my DVR all with one remote. And when I mess things up, as I often do, it just walks me through fixing it. The best thing ever!
