My installer was super cool, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. It took him less than an hour to setup my remote and then he was very helpful in demonstrating how to use all the features of my new remote. I would hire the Squad again in a minute. Made my life easier.

The BEST thing about these guys is, they want it to work perfectly for you. When I had a problem, 1 call and they came back and fixed it up for me and made sure it was running smoothly before they left. Polite, clean, and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more.

The Geek squad has always done a great job, they have little staff turnover and I get someone who is very experienced. In this case, they could only do what the remote was capable of, but it was better than before they got here.

Xfinity changed me to X-One so my universal remote no longer worked. William came to me and fixed the universal remote, explained how X-One works so I could follow it and changed how I get to my apps so that I could access Netflix, etc easier. He was awesome and quick.

Had a problem that was operator (me) error with our home TV Center. After a number of failed recovery/reset attempts, Geek Squad was scheduled to fix the problem. Chad showed up on time, was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful.
