The Geek squad has always done a great job, they have little staff turnover and I get someone who is very experienced. In this case, they could only do what the remote was capable of, but it was better than before they got here.

The BEST thing about these guys is, they want it to work perfectly for you. When I had a problem, 1 call and they came back and fixed it up for me and made sure it was running smoothly before they left. Polite, clean, and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more.

Had an older Harmony universal remote which had not been used in about six years. Jay from the Geek Squad arrived on time and very efficiently took care of the installation. He answered all my questions. Money well spent and I would highly recommend based on my experience.

Had a problem that was operator (me) error with our home TV Center. After a number of failed recovery/reset attempts, Geek Squad was scheduled to fix the problem. Chad showed up on time, was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Xfinity changed me to X-One so my universal remote no longer worked. William came to me and fixed the universal remote, explained how X-One works so I could follow it and changed how I get to my apps so that I could access Netflix, etc easier. He was awesome and quick.

My husband and I recently moved to a new home and had to change cable companies. It was like going back in time. We could not get the TV to work properly with the sound bar and blue ray. The cable guy supposedly connected it all but it did not work. I contacted the Geek Squad. Robert came out and did an excellent job or programming and throughly explaining the remote. I highly recommend Robert Yim from the Geek squad.

Geek Squad member programmed Harmony remote control . Went thru all steps to program Harmony remote control with new channels. Also did all upgrades for the LG 65” smart tv.

This programmer consolidates the majority of remotes associated with the home theater, surround sound, cable and gaming experience. It is also compatible with some thermostats to assist you with your heating/cooling experience. Can be somewhat sensitive to the touch.

Expert installation and user instructions. Consolidation and organization of all cables as well. Tested all functions before leaving.

Trouble shooting was not successful even though the tech was very knowledgeable about the remote. I purchased the Hamony 665 to replace the Harmony Elite.

Did a great job of diagnostics to determine the problem and used a computer program unavailable to consumers to fix. Added all devices to single remote. Really pleasant person to talk with and very professional

The installers were professional and knew what they were doing. With all the new technology it’s like you need to be an engineer to make sure you get the most for your investment. It was the best money ever spent.

This truly is the answer to ONE remote that does everything! I can finally turn on/off all components, turn the volume up and down and manage my DVR all with one remote. And when I mess things up, as I often do, it just walks me through fixing it. The best thing ever!

It took 3 visits, but they finally isolated the problem and set the stage for it to be fixed after I purchased another product. The remote works perfectly now, and that's what matters.

The Best Buy Geek Squad is the best! I would not be watching TV without them. They knew exactly what was wrong and fixed the issue. They were very professional and courteous As well.

Tv, surround sound, wii, Xbox, firestick, Apple TV, PlayStation, etc. Just push the button, selecting what you want to do, the device does all the rest.
