We can control our TV, blu-ray, VCR, stream all with one remote. And when items do not respond as directed, HELP button takes care of the problem child. Purchased a Harmony 8 years ago and it was still working but decided to refresh.

The two young men who served us when our remote control quit were really helpful. They got us set up with an appropriate instrument and made sure that we knew how to operate it.

Always on time, they call ahead to make sure we are home and acknowledge our appointment. The tech understood our problem, recommended the new remote and then spent the time to completely program it to my current audio/video system. Works perfectly..

The techs were courteous and politely listened to my issues with the Harmony program. I thought it was an issue with the programming of the remote. Very quickly the techs tested the receptacle plug and found the plug was ‘dead’ and moved the plug to another spot. They then reviewed all the remotes programing. Before they left they recommended a replacement surge protected plug receptacle. The $150 visit was pricey but I would never have thought to test the plug. Bravo

The harmony remote works fine. It's easy to use. The geek squad set it up and explained it to me in an easy to understand manner. It does not integrate voice commands with the Comcast X1 platform, but it does make everything easy

I have used a Harmony Universal remote for about ten years. I love it. But it got old and was starting to fail, so I bought a new one. Perfect! Fast and easy Geek Squad install. Best of all, one remote for all my devices!

The Geek Squad agent was very helpful and the new remote ends my frustration with my old remote. This remote was programmed without a hitch and it works perfectly.

Very convenient to have. All my components are connected to one remote. The only difficult part is the screen is small. The buttons are difficult to see without a light. It takes a few weeks to familiarize yourself with the request on the remote. If you want to play TV, you have to press one button, to listen to DVR lists, press another button, music, another button. and so on. Some of the requests become tricky & you have to focus. Once you familiarize yourself , the requests become easier.
