Logan was THE most knowledgable geek squad agent! He came promptly accessed the problem and had me up and running in 30 minutes. Very impressed with Logan. However VERY disappointed in the changes to the total tech services. Not what I initially signed up for even though geek squad has no problem automatically renewing my total tech contract for another year.

The guy called before coming and was here at the early part of the assigned time I was given. Went right to work, straightened out the remote and tested everything prior to leaving. Great Job!!

the agents who came fixed the problem promptly. However, the one on chat totally screwed up the remote by having me generate a harmony account. He couldn't even answer the questions that I was asked when trying to fix the remote. I do not feel we should have had to pay for his inability to be able to communicate and his lack of knowledge with our remote! That is not acceptable and it is NOT okay! The agents re-set the Harmony remote to simplify starting our home entertainment system

My problem is with the harmony logitech unit. The mute button stoppedworking on it, And that too means that I’ll have to buy another logitech soon and it’ll cost me another hundred dollars to get the unit working. After buying everything at Best Buy I resent constantly having to pay for a service Which should’ve been included in the first buy. The geek squad is really excellent in that every person sent to me has done really well. It’s the breakdown of the minor unit like the logitech that makes me angry.
