Geek Squad did an excellent job in setting up my new Harmony remote. Now all my components are at a finger's touch.

Logan was THE most knowledgable geek squad agent! He came promptly accessed the problem and had me up and running in 30 minutes. Very impressed with Logan. However VERY disappointed in the changes to the total tech services. Not what I initially signed up for even though geek squad has no problem automatically renewing my total tech contract for another year.

My problem is with the harmony logitech unit. The mute button stoppedworking on it, And that too means that I’ll have to buy another logitech soon and it’ll cost me another hundred dollars to get the unit working. After buying everything at Best Buy I resent constantly having to pay for a service Which should’ve been included in the first buy. The geek squad is really excellent in that every person sent to me has done really well. It’s the breakdown of the minor unit like the logitech that makes me angry.

We love this remote. Need a little fine tuning. They got it working perfectly. They are one of the reasons we buy at Best Buy.

After a briefing on what I needed, the Technician went to work and setup the 2 TV Remotes with no problem. Kudos to the Technician and Best Buy!

The squad connected tv to to my surround sound in May 2019 and suggested a universal remote that I purchased. System is working well thus far.

The guys that came and installed my system were professional, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. They showed me how to use everything and gave me their card in case I had any questions.

the agents who came fixed the problem promptly. However, the one on chat totally screwed up the remote by having me generate a harmony account. He couldn't even answer the questions that I was asked when trying to fix the remote. I do not feel we should have had to pay for his inability to be able to communicate and his lack of knowledge with our remote! That is not acceptable and it is NOT okay! Dissatisfied with his servie totally

The team members reprogrammed my older remote the right way and ensured all other equipment were controlled by the remote.

The team removed my old TV. Assembled the new TV. Programmed the new remote control. They were well trained and well experienced for the tasks

For a reason I didn't have my Harmony remote wasn't working, the guys set it up and it does what it needs to do now ,run my entire system Its great !!!
