Everyone was very helpful, I was able to talking to the original installer who got things working over the phone, and he even called back a few days later just to check in and make sure everything was still working as it should. Highly recommended, excellent service! Thank you!

He explained the process and worked with me to understand how to use the new remote. He is a stellar IT guy and Best Buy is fortunate to have him on their team. The geek squad guys where great, but setting up th
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Setting upthe appointment the first time took 1.5 hours. when they missed the appointment due to a communication instruction prior to the appointment it took 2 hours to set up the second appointment. The appointment went fine. The Geek Squad techs where great but given the scheduling difficulty I would never use the Geek Sqaud again
