Seventy something is too old.

Very professional and made sure to be careful when hauling away our old freezer. The freezer the took out was a behemoth! Roughly 74 inches high by 34” wide and 36” deep! They didn’t hit a single corner or bump any furniture. Of course, we had cleared a path but still, this thing was a monster! Great job guys! Much appreciated!

On-line Chat Rescheduled Pick-up!

They told me to contact Best Buy when this happened, and the pickup of the old washer could happen then (along with installation). Plumber came, fixed the line, and completed the installation. Using the on-line chat, I was able to schedule a new pick-up date for the old washer. I honestly thought it would be a problem to get this done, and it wasn't an issue at all.

The driver was courteous and delivered our new Samsung TV set it up and took away our older Samsung. Great customer service!
