Best Buy delivery did a great job installing and removing old stove. It was quick and without any issues. They were careful and also wore protection due to COVID-19 issues.

The men did a fantastic job navigating this job. I was impressed with their precision and equipment, which ensured everyone was safe while carrying a heavy load. Nothing in my house was nicked or otherwise damaged. They did a very professional job.

They were up to the challenge. Older house, pre 1900. Steep narrow cellar stairs. It is a 8 foot drop with 6 steps, maybe 4 feet in total length. They had to watch not hitting their heads or get their hands caught on the sides. No damage to old or new machine. Total time from start to finish, including hookup, maybe 45 minutes, tops. very polite and gave my wife instruction on use. She had a lot of questions, believe me.

Our guys were outstanding They were efficient and took great care of our home . They did not bang into anything and made sure to clean up.

The professional haul away from Best Buy was great! Two guys came in my house and disconnected my old, malfunctioning, washing machine and took it away for good. I haven't seen the old washing machine since they took it away. I'm not sure what they do with the old machines, but one thing is for sure, I'm sure glad I'm not an old washing machine being taken away by professional haul away by Best Buy. Speaking of hauling things away, I wish that the professional haul away team from Best Buy would haul away all the water pouring into my sump pump hole every minute of every day! My sump pump is coming on every 30 seconds or so. It's really astonishing how much water is being pumped out of my basement every single day. It should start to dry up sometime around June, hopefully. Recently I installed a Blink wifi camera so that I can keep an eye on the sump pump when I'm not home, just to make sure everything is ok down there. The camera works great! It has excellent night vision so I can see that the pump is working I the dead of night. It was super easy to set up with the Blink app as well! I would definitely recommend Blink wifi cameras to all my friends! You know, it's funny, I used to provide these regular "Sump Pump Update Update, with Chance Daily" (Chance Daily is my made-up newscaster name) to my friends, but now with the Blink camera, I can just share video clips of the sump pump in action! Anyway, I definitely recommend Best Buy's professional haul away to take away any unneeded appliances you may have at home!

I was so impressed by the team sent to my house to remove my old washer. It was a very heavy front loader and they brought it upstairs from my basement with ease. Great service, worth every penny.

What a relief to not have to cart away a big old broken fridge. The Geek Squad had our new one installed & our old one gone in around a half hour. There was some initial address confusion & some minor floor scuffs but overall it was a good experience

They took away our old refrigerator when delivering our new one. The process was seamless. The workers were careful. Everything was great.

I was following the deliver on the Best Buy link. The guys arrived on time and hauled away my old refrigerator. They brought the refrigerator through the front door and were extra careful with my wooden floor and walls. They were very knowledgeable and make sure everything was installed properly. The installation was very quickly.

Ordered a new fridge after my current one died, the delivery drivers hauled the old one away and put in the new one. These guys were professional, kind, and respectful. They took the time to inform me every step of the way what they were doing, calling me ahead of time to make sure I was home, too. They were strong able bodied workers capable of moving the appliances & made quick work of something that would've been impossible for me and my physical handicap. This was purchased along with a new replacement Dishwasher and it was done, without hesitation and in no time, by the Delivery guys who delivered the new oe.

Shopped broken parts for a new refrigerator. Our “new” fridge was delivered without any plastic wrap or cardboard box. When we looked inside after the it was installed we noticed 3 of the clear plastic drawers and shelve parts were very broken (cracked with holes in the drawer.) we think we we delivered a used or refurbished refrigerator and the process to get it replaced wasn’t great either as it felt like we have to fight for it. The technician also noticed that door was also damaged when he came to inspect it.
