Respectful & friendly. Only problem was scheduling who stated pickup would be between 7am & 1pm but the drivers arrived for pickup at 2:50pm and they said we were scheduled for after 1pm, which was in the 1pm to 6pm slot we did not choose. So fault was in the scheduling department not the professional & respectful pickup drivers. So plan to take off work the whole day for hauling away defective appliances

I thought it was a little pricey, given that they were already there for new installation, and we had already prepared the old items and had them waiting in the garage, a few feet from the truck, so it was easy work for them, but it is what it is, and we were glad to have them get rid of the old items for us.
