I live alone and the TV to be moved is an old 50" plasma that is still a great TV, but very heavy. I had them relocate it to another room in the house. They were polite and careful in their process. I did watch them as they unloaded my new prized possession... Geek Squad truck with a motorized lift. They did everything by the book, both in protecting the product and from a personal safety perspective as well.

Worth every penny!

It's a no brainer yes unless you have a use for a broken fridge or you want to do it yourself. It's well worth the price!

We are elderly and don't have access to a truck. This was a lifeline for us. We definitely appreciate it! The service is expensive, but given today's economy, it's not unreasonable.
