Delivery was on time, and the workers were efficient and polite. The refrigerator itself is working out great. The configuration actually has more usable space than our old bottom freezer model. And - I can open the refrigerator door and see everything, not finagle with two different doors.

The ZLine 36" dual-fuel 6-burner range replaces an old Viking range. We choose this range because of its use of quality oven/range materials (sealed brass burners, etc). After a few weeks of heavy use, we would rate the baking and cooking qualities as good as, if not better than the Viking.

Bought a replacement dishwasher with installation and this carry away service. Nowhere in either service did it mention that disconnect was included. So I disconnected and pulled out the old unit and put it in the dining room. After hooking up and installing the new unit (which we love) they took the old unit away. Hooray!

I bought this refrigerator for my garage and it works perfectly, keeping all inside cool. There is also plenty of room for storage.

The two technicians who removed my old ovens and installed my new Frigidaire Double Wall Ovens did a fantastic job! They were very professional, took great care not to damage the adjacent walls, the floors or the exterior doorway when taking the old ovens out and when bringing the new ovens into the house. Once the new units were installed, they ran a test cycle to ensure the ovens were working properly. I highly recommend this Best Buy service!

Installer was fantastic and professional. Even let me know that my hot water valve was corroded (which is was) and was prepared to replace it with an additional fee. Was very upfront about the cost and showed the old valve vs the new, and walked me through how to work the dishwasher before hauling away the old one.

Haul away was seamlessly perfect and very affordable as bulk pickup was 3 times as much!!
