Great service period. I have always ordered from Best Buy and if you have total tech membership, which I do, this haul away is free. They are just really professional! I helped my folks order one and it covered that purchase too as it was under my name as well (since I paid). Thank you BBY!

Then when they delivered my new freezer two weeks later, to replace my more than 56 year old freezer that was leaking; they hauled that off for me too at NO EXTRA charge!!!! WOW, and THANK YOU!

I did not know if they would haul off any old appliances. We now have 6 washer and dryers in our garage. We were hoping g they would at least take two. I guess that is because we wanted to keep the appliances that they took out because they still worked but we do not know where to take the appliances es we have that do not work. We appreciated them putting the appliances in the garage so we could keep the appliances they replaced and so they could install the new ones. Thank you.

This was a great convenience, however, for as much as we spend at Best Buy, I really feel there should be no charge for hauling away the old. At the very least, look at your customer. If they are a total tech member, especially a long time member, and one who spends a ton of money with you, It should be a NO CHARGE benefit. This is my only complaint.

So worth it. Would cost triple to have someone else haul it away. Also Hawaii Energy is giving $250 rebate if they haul away your old fridge.
