I have never been so happy to have a broken piece of appliance be hauled away.

This dishwasher has been nothing but problems since I had it professionally installed. The biggest problem initially was that it does not dry the dishes no matter which of the 3,000 different options you use. After 2.5 years the motor that was guaranteed to work for 10 years quit working. It cost me $300 to repair, plus I was hand washing dishes for nearly 6 months. The insides are severely corroding releasing potentially toxic chemicals onto my dishes. This is the biggest issue and concern. I am worried that this dishwasher could be adversely affecting the health of my children and family members. I have been working with the customer service team for months to get replacement parts that are corroding. I have spent 20-30 hours corresponding with them. They have said they want to help, but have not helped at all and have wasted many hours acting like they were going to help...At this point in time I could not image purchasing LG again. Buyer Beware!

The two gentlemen that delivered my new appliance were so sweet and conversational, they introduced themselves and were careful with maneuvering around the house to bring it in. If i could have tipped them, I would!

. My old fridge was removed and taken for recycle at the same time my new fridge was delivered.

Received a phone call letting us know they were on our way. The box that contained a 75 inch TV did not have any noticeable damage when it arrived. The two delivery men removed their shoes before stepping on the carpet. After bringing in the new TV they then moved our old and heavy 67 inch rear projector TV upstairs. We are very happy with the Best Buy delivery service.

Guys that delivered my fridge were very quick, efficient, and professional. They delivered my new fridge, and carried out my old fridge within minutes. They were also able to get there just a bit earlier than expected, which was nice.

As part of the agreement, the delivery crew was to remove my old washer and haul it away. They were very aware of the tight stairway that the old machine had to be carried through. The men were very polite and did an excellent job.

They were very careful removing it from my home especially going out the screen door.
