These men really had their work cut out for them, as the old refrigerator was in the basement and very heavy. They took out the old one without leaving a mark anywhere and were really careful not to scratch walls or flooring. Give these guys a raise!

Incredibly thorough and careful, both with hauling away our old stove and installing our new one. My jaw dropped when they took out a level and actually made sure the new stove was perfectly level. They actually cared about my safety! They made sure everything was perfect before they left, and were so kind in the process. We can't say enough good things about these guys...and will definitely ask for them again next time we buy something from Best Buy!

They came pick up my old chest freezer, they didn’t even need a dolly just lifted it up no problems

The 2 crew men were polite and responsive. They quickly removed the old refrigerator. And set up the new one in it’s place. Explain the workings of the new fridge And took all the packaging with my old unit. I will use this service again when I replace my oven.
