They made the delivery and took the old refrigerator quickly and cleanly. They were friendly and efficient.

The delivery guys were good. They did not speak English however and there was an issue with the water supply. For some reason they were not allowed to touch the water supply. At first, because I could not communicate with them, we were going to have to cancel the order. I was able to get them to call a supervisor, who I still had a hard time communicating with, but eventually worked it out. Be aware that you may need to disconnect your old water supply and re attach it yourself, which is not hard, but I had not expected.

I am so grateful for the "Haul-Away" service offered. Frankly, I wouldn't have know what to do with my own dishwasher. Plus, this spared me "hours" of frustration trying to figure out where to bring it, let alone sparing my back....

yes, they took the old refrigerator and took it away because i paid the money for them to do it. what they didn't do is cap the old water line to the old refrigerator because the new refrigerator didn't have a water dispenser and i found a flood an hour later.

The gentlemen from XPO (Best Buy Service Partner) unhooked and removed the old dishwasher. They were careful throughout the process and even cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend.

Quick and easy. I am happy that Best Buy has this haul away/recycle program. It’s great for the consumer and for the environment. The two guys who picked up my old tv were quick and efficient.
