Great Haul Away Service

Great customer service.

The service representative was congenial and professional. He answered all my questions, setup the new tv and stand, and made sure all the components were corrected connected and operational. He also took the time to make sure I knew how to operate everything and that they were placed exactly how and where I wanted them. Couldn't ask for more!!

Large Wega removal

When they arrived, the guys said they did not have room on the truck. I called Best Buy and after the usually long on-hold times was informed another truck would not be available until the next week. Best Buy sent a second crew out 1 week later who did an excellent job. I just had to live with a large disconnected TV in my foyer for a week.

Great removal of old washer/dryer

What else would we do with a non-functioning microwave? Put it in the garage in a box with the hopes that it will fix itself? :-)
