They also changed the time last minute so it was quite a bit earlier than we expected. Finally, we thought they'd be able to replace the door but instead they needed the replace the entire unit which was far more difficult.

They did a quality job removing the old refrigerator and much better than having strangers over to do it.

The steps down to the basement are rather steep, and they were careful and smart on how to make sure to stay safe while still quickly getting everything installed and hauled away.

This is old fashioned service, the kind you dream of but rarely get.
