Shortly thereafter I ordered a washer which was less expensive in silver than white. So I exchanged the white dryer for a matching silver and saved a lot of Money.

Great Service

While they did run behind for our appointment time, they did call ahead to let us know the time frame. The guy did his work effectively and was very friendly. This service was a must have for us upon installation of our new washing machine and we are so happy we opted for it as opposed to having to figure out what to do with an old washing machine that didn't work anymore.

The delivery people called first, arrived a bit earlier than the window- which was great for me. Fast and awesome service!

Depends on which contractor you get

It depends on who you get as they use contractors and not employees. If things go well they go well, if not you have to get Best Buy to reach out to the contractor and they aren't always hones if there is an issue because Best Buy grades them on how many callbacks so the bad ones lie.
