Best $30 I've ever spent. Didn't have to worry about my fridge sitting in my garage for a year until neighborhood pickup? My new freezer was delivered and they promptly hauled away the item I no longer needed (my 21-year-old Whirlpool fridge/freezer that lasted forever!)

They did a fine job hauling away the old unit but had company call me to request door be removed which was so not necessary. Odd thing was instead of just asking me to do this they called the office from their truck and had them call me to ask. Strange but ok.

We had an older TV that we had purchased online through a Facebook group, and while it was a good TV, it was very large and cumbersome and we were not sure that somebody else would want it. Fortunately, the staff that delivered our TV were able to remove it, and so we know when it will be disposed of properly.

Very fast haul-out of the old unit, and the new unit was brought in with equal alacrity. Friendly team, answered some questions we had, pointed out some nifty features of the appliance, and were off to their next customer. A very efficient service team.

My old plasma TV was hauled away, as I replaced it with a 65" Samsung OLED. The whole set-up and haul-away was very professionally done.

Initially the haul away of my old appliance did not go well because the drivers left the appliance in my drive way overnight. When I contacted Best Buy they immediately corrected the problem and had the appliance picked up right away. I appreciated their customer service correcting this problem.
