These guys know what they are doing.. Easy in and got my other washing machine, and brought in the new one, replaced my hoses, tested it.. they were here 20 minutes!!! super delivery as always. Previous owners had done some remodeling since putting the dryer downstairs. I didn't realize until they tried to get it up the (now) narrow stairs. Since they were here delivering and hooking up the new washer & dryer, I had time to disassemble the dryer & take it upstairs in parts for them to haul away for me. They were kind & patient.

It is difficult to have to research finding a junk hauler who will have the items recycled. Plus it's expensive. I trust Best Buy to recycle the items and I don't have to do any heavy lifting. I'm too old for that.

Haul away? great for me. I won't have to be concerned with it again, Move it to another spot? Yup Great. No damage and no back ache on my part. Job well done both times and haul away was a good value.

Delivery was great and the two nice young folks were wonderful.
