I had a stove removed. The process was great. The service was great. The two guys that were here were very helpful. Explained everything and detailed. I definitely recommend Best Buy always and the third party.

The installation was a smooth and easy one for the new Samsung washer.No problem with the haul away of my older washer. They came right on time, were courteous, professional and wore masks that we're supposed to wear. Making my whole experience safe and enjoyable! Thanks Best Buy! I will purchase again in the near future.

I had the professionals remove my washing machine since it is too heavy for me and they did a great job.

They took out the old fridge and had it loaded in their truck very quickly. They even removed my door so no damage would come to it and replaced it for me. Excellent service.

I think this Hall away service is great My husband and I are seniors, so it was really awesome that they were able to take the old washer and the old dryer away.

A good service but the price is kind and of ridiculous. If I'm paying several hundred dollars for an appliance, the least you could do is remove my old one. Considering you're gonna scrap.it for more money anyway.

Both the haul away and the delivery was AMAZING and Quick. All done within 15 minutes of arriving, and they were communicating us when they would arrive and it was in the window.

I forgot to have them take the old TV. But before the left my driveway they saw on their paperwork that they were supposed to haul off our old TV & they came back to the door to get it. They were very professional, polite & courteous!

I was glad Best Buy offered this haul-away service. For a small fee, they removed the freezer I was replacing (purchased from another store) when they delivered my current one. It was definitely worth it.
